Opinions wanted for truck cover
I have a '60 GMC with an 8' Wideside bed, she's garage kept but I'd like to cover anyway to help with dust. I live in south Louisiana and we get many high humidity days through the year. What covers are the yall using?

Re: Opinions wanted for truck cover
I've been trying to remember and search my email for the off brand company that sold me my cover. They ran an add on facebook and I bought one. Fits tight and is like a waffle material. But it's kind of a double ended cover. Meaning you can make either end the front or the back. Sounds funny and they didn't advertise it like that.
This sure looks like the website I bought it from??? https://www.carcovers.com/covers/tru...short-bed.html

Re: Opinions wanted for truck cover
This may not apply to a truck, but I used to regularly cover a '70 Cad with a nice cover in my garage. Over the years the paint on the ridges of the metal, (tail fins, fenders, etc) began to show wear from installing, removing, and positioning the dusty cover. Ultimately, I quit using it as I felt it was doing more harm than good. These days I use a detail spray and soft microfiber type cloths to regularly dust my garaged trucks. Just my 2 cents worth
