shocks and springs??????

i jsut got a new engine and that is not helping the suspention that i had it has been shot for a bit but is that all that i need in the front and the rear for an 81 gmc fleepside sierra grande let me know on that thanks everyone in an advance just that what do i need for the suspention jsut shocks and springs thanks

and can i get shocks and springs for lowering it also then on the spot or so i need anything else for lowerting it let me knwo thanks you

You will need to check the condition of Your balljoints.Jack up the frontwheel and see if there is any play.You can put 2" drop springs in the front without a problem.Anymore than that i would go with drop spindles and springs.Back springs are probaly allright.Can use drop blocks to lower.A good set of shocks will make a big difference in handling.

i have two shocks in front and two shocks and there all shot and then 2 shocks in the back no springs in back and then jsut get two inch lowering springs in front and what about the back thanks
