very new at all of this
I just bought a 1980 chevy C10, I really want to put some money into it, and restore it. It only has 30,000 original miles, and has a straight body. I have so many questions as to where to start, I figure I might as well come here to get some advice. Should I start with engine, or do nothing with the engine? It is a 305, or should I start with the interior or the body, I don't know what do you people think?

The first thing you should do is define the purpose your truck will serve. Will it be seeing the strip ? Do you just want to cruise ? Slam and bag ? How much real work will it see ? Show Queen ? How much you willing to spend ?
Answer these and it will be clear where you should start |
