Inner fender mount bracket?
Is there a mount bracket that attaches the inner fender to the firewall on passenger side? I have a bracket for the driver side. I can't find one on any of the aftermarket parts sites. The assembly manual doesn't show either side. Any pictures or help is appreciated.

Re: Inner fender mount bracket?
Drivers side has bracket for park brake between inner fender and cab.
Passenger side inner fender bolts direct to cab |

Re: Inner fender mount bracket?
would probably be good if you inserted the year of your truck. then we woudn't need to research old posts.
if its a task force there are little L brackets bolted onto the firewall on both sides. can't remember on the AD trucks. |

Re: Inner fender mount bracket?
someone just recently said they drilled holes and just sucked it to the toe board instead of finding the ebrake bracket. sounds simple and i plan to try it

Re: Inner fender mount bracket?
I measured one for someone on here a few months ago but didn't stash the photos in an album. It wouldn't be hard to fab a bracket though.
I'll see if I can dig up those photos.

Re: Inner fender mount bracket?
Here is what I did, just two bends in some 16 gauge. I welded it on to toeboard but no reason not to just bolt it. I did not have original holes in toe board to go by.
It would be a long way to pull the inner fender, given how hard it can be to get the front sheet metal to fit in the first place. |

Re: Inner fender mount bracket?
I have the original bracket for the driver side. I just didn't find on in my pile of parts for passenger side. I bolted the passenger inner fender to firewall and it all look lined up. My engine even fit with it all installed.
