Something Cool for AD folks who cook
This popped up on FB a while ago and they are a legit cast iron cookware maker.
If you like to cook and like cast iron. Here is something fun that you will probably want to hang on the wall I just thought it was cool as all get out and ordered one. https://www.lodgecastiron.com/produc...let?sku=L8SKTK

Perfect for the cabin.
I'll have to get one for giggles to hang with the rest of the wrought iron that is only for show, not for go.

Re: Something Cool for AD folks who cook
I figure that the one I ordered will be wall hanger/cornbread pan.

Re: Something Cool for AD folks who cook
Wouldn't it leave a truck bruise?
Kinda worth the pain.

Re: Something Cool for AD folks who cook
When we got married in 1969 Ray Harris a friend of my inlaws gave me a cast iron skillet about the size of the one on the left in Special-K's photo. He said that every man needed to own his own skillet. It was just right for frying bacon and a couple of eggs but my wife who actually did not cook before we got married broke it by dunking or running cold water on it while it was hot in the first year we were married. Not the only thing that she broke that year as I don't think one glass we had the day we got married made it though that first year but she finally learned to cook and that there was a setting on the stove other than High. I'll keep the one with the truck on it is a a safe spot but it may be show only.
