Converting a non tilt collum to a tilt collum with Delay wipers and cruise

My 81 Crew cab, has wipers on the dash and dimmer switch on the floor and is a non tilt collum

If i want to convert to a later model Tilt collum with all intergrated
Has anyone done this swap and how much from a donor truck do i need?
the whole dash harness?

Tonight mine pulled a few cars out of snowbanks, and is sitting in my driveway, icicles on the grille, wheels just white cakes of snow, buried up to the lug nuts in powder, straps and chains wrapped around the bumpers, the outline of the wipers clear in 4 inches of snow on the windshield... A tired warrior of the 1980s in a world of low profile tires, front wheel drive, and plastic bumpers, where people stay in their houses until snowplows move the offending substance from their paths, too helpless to travel without AAA and chains and salt, clearing their windows with longhandled brushes while gently stepping around in the snow trying to stay nice and dry.

Yes you need the 84 up wiring and 87 truck 88-89 Suburban Crew cab and the Colum with the option you're looking for. ** but your 81metal dash backer for the head light switch is not going to be in right place, no foot button high beam-84-87 face bezel, foot high button highbeam-81-83 face bezel, 88-91 face bezel large radio cut out, 83yr metal dash backer last year wiper on dash, 84yr is the best for cab Colum. But it deepens on the option want fuse box to dash all wiring in the cab the option the better than you will have merge your truck engine wiring with the newer cab dash wining do not cut anything it you want a/c do not have it all the wiring engine bay and cab. lots more work buy truck for the parts is the easist.
