First make a cover like post 13 on this thread: https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=807520 then cover the underside of the old OEM dash speaker grill with Kilmat or something similar as some noise actually passes upward thru there and ricochets off the windshield. I did both of those. It's not a miracle, but it helps
