ok i just heard back from him. he shipped the bare housing through ups and it was about $54-$58 from south carilina (spelling?) to california. he also said for a complete rearend he uses fed-ex freight. i hope this helps you. good luck.

Didn't know that was the case, kind of puts a damper on the whole thing. I do need it for a 4x4, S**t. Don't guess you know where one is? Sorry to get your hopes up, Mine were flying.

glad to help. sorry to hear it`s not what your looking for. could`nt you weld some perches on it? just weld them on the top of the housing like the 4x4`s.
