Re: project: FTD
yes yes i do believe so.. i honestly diddnt look at the "name"
i saw msd.. high spark... under 200 bucks and i bought it.. cause im ready to drive my damnned truck and perf.. the answer to my compression issue IS the cam... the cam has a steep intake slope to "trick" my motor into believing that it is higher compression that combined with the carb spacer increasing my intake volume i can easily "suck and snap shut" on the intake cycle.. the exhaust duration is much longer....

Re: project: FTD
note to self... MSD sparks hurt a HELL OF ALOT MORE then normal ones.....
daym.. trucks running.. last remaining issues r install rear speakers and get different power valve... i installed a 35 but im pulling 18lbs vaccum with my cam still so... gotta go back up so i can actually get rid of the acceleration studder.. tomorrow is adjust clutch day and then test drive.... today i did my ebrake.. bled the brakes, got the bubbles outta the powersteering.. installed the dash.. fluids for tranny..xfer case (stuck a newbie on that hahhahahahahahah entertainment) i had a blast now im tired..

Re: project: FTD
Mitchell, I just got caught up on this thread. Looking good.
On your headers, try using Hard Hat brand High Temperature paint. I used it on a water pump and it worked great.
