Re: Post Your Ride 60-66 Trucks
I think I posted this somewhere else here, but I've started work on the 63 again since the 64 & 65 are done. I tackled the interior first and it's about done. And, I just learned how to put music to a video, so I decided to play around with that the other day.....

Re: Post Your Ride 60-66 Trucks
This is my 64 LWB that I bought a couple years back, I haven't done anything to it yet. It has a 400HP 350/350T, bagged. And I only paid $1500 for it from my buddy! This is the only pic I have now, will start building it in march when i get back from Iraq!

Re: Post Your Ride 60-66 Trucks
Few pics from today. Truck is a 454/400. I have painted it 3 times over the years, I think it must have 5 paint jobs on it. Next one will be a complete resto teardown. I have used and abused this ole truck for years. Sits outside and never lets me down.

Thanks man, dont know why they cut the dash for tunes but at least the doors remained untouched and it has very little rust over all, rookies like me need somethin easy to start with. Who knows if the guy I bought it from is being truthful about the previous owner being the original but I have a history search being fisched up from DMV and they said it could be six weeks before I find something out. Hopefully it's only 2 previous owners before me and not 20 |
