Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
It is built for a work truck, I do some construction and live out in the boonies so the truck is always hauling trees, wood and crap. 4WD helps pulling the wife out of the snow, which happens several times a year. All work was solo done in a 28 x 32 shop. Truck was pretty solid to start off with being from California. But I opted for no tirm as it would get trashed with the work I do. So 40+ holes to fill and most as big as the tip of your pinky was the bulk of the body work. The dually fenders had the standard crash and smash on the fronts and was repaired both out and inside for a strong fix. The 'sex machine' as my good buddy calls is is ready for action!

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Nice clean stock ride. Are you putting the side aluminum mouldings on or leaving it like that.

Mouldings are staying off, they will get trashed in this part of the country with how I use it.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Haven't brought it home yet but here is what I got today.
1977 3+3 silverado camper spec. 454/400 with 373s. Pretty decent truck, interior is mostly redone (seats, carpet, headliner), engine was rebuilt a couple years ago because of a top flight oil change shop forgetting to put on the oil pan plug (I have the receipt from them having to have the rebuild done). |

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
I'm almost done with the interior on mine! Just have the stereo to finish and lower door panels to build...
I have the rear axle and front lift springs, waiting on the last of the suspension parts to do the SRW swap and lift all at once... Here are the tires and wheels ready to go! Posted via Mobile Device
