Installed Garmin GN430 GPS/COM in my Cessna 182 and went to O.C. Maryland for dinner on sat night. Went to track with the 86 C-10 and got some new times wth the big block. I think a 4-link and bags are next.

Got an alarm put in my truck. 2-way pager Compustar.... it's pretty sweet but a little complicated yet...... oh yeah its got a very sensitive shock sensor, i reached over the side to grab my bookbag and it went crazy, might have to tone it down a little.

friday night: worked like usual... came home and spent time with wife and kid.

sat: mowed yard, while wife and mother-in law planted flowers. spent too much at home depot, started working on side gate. started... not finished, went to work again. came home and enjoyed night with wife, without kiddo.

sun: worked 13hrs.. came home surfed boards..

yet another weekend the truck gets no attention.

I can vouch of the existance of Ken and the '77. heck I can vouch for the '82 Blazer , They do co-exist!

Friday: got a friend to come over and charge my mothers A/C on her house.

Saturday: Went to our Church's car show. Dropped by the A/C buddy above to check progress on his '70 and his newly aquired '71. Went home cleaned out the interior of the Jimmy. slowly getting it road worthy. Talked to Ken on the phone apparently before his weekend went to poo, althought I believe N2Billet was in progress of maming himself....

Sunday: Went to Church, helped my sister move some stuff.

I didn't get much done.

Friday I went grocery shopping after work, and just hung out.

Saturday I worked my second job, then went to the casino that night.

Sunday I finished painting the brake booster for Yeller and then installed it. I also cleaned out the garage and putz on the Blazer a little bit.

Friday- mind altering substances

Saturday- tear apart '72 Firebird steering column to replace ignition cylinder, because my buddy threw his keys away on Friday. helped work on the brakes. after dark, mind altering substances and strippers.

Sunday- finish up brakes on car, found one of those Hide-A-Key things behind the grille. guess what a working ignition key!

another little interesting piece of info... one of the strippers at the club we went to (150 mi from home) grew up not even 1/2 mi from where i live. in fact, i can probably see her house from mine.

Worked on my buddys 71 Charger... Dodge engines are such a pain in the butt! And then it tured out that there was coolant in the oil! so we have to put the engine any way!!

He is really dissapointed since he just rebuilt the thing and has only gotten to drive the thing around the block at 5mph once!

Yeah, I am just a fictional character planted here by aliens.

I wish I had known you were coming down. I figured with the crappy weather no one in their right mind would come half way across Texas to catch a couple shows.

Friday and Saturday...I shoveled and moved what seemed like thousands of wheelbarrow loads of dirt. Contractor came and scraped area and laid the foundation dirt/clay for the shop. I spent rest of time moving and spreading the scrapped off sod and dirt to other parts of the yard. Guess I'll do the rest after shop is done.

Sunday...Complained that I'm too old to shovel and thanked the Lord for rain...No can shovel

So I vegged and did homework while it rained
