If it just showed up,my theory is he went to a sale and bought both.He just brought it all home together.Judging by the temporary nature of securing it,he probably has no intention of leaving it as a package.

But wait, there's more....
I took another picture while I was there, which includes a shot of the custom front bike rack. The story I got was that the truck still belongs to the original owner (father of the gentleman I spoke with, whose place it was at) and was driven from the East Coast to Idaho years ago...loaded to the gills and pulling a boat the whole way. He said he does use the camper with it, but was just moving it over to his sons place temporarily which explains the 'temporary' straps. Oh yeah, it's a 6-cyl 3-on-the-tree. Also notice the killer high-back buckets, fastened down with custom 2 x 4 brackets! All kidding aside, I'd love to have this one too.

better hope that bike rack can hold a harley cause it needs some counter weight to level er out,
