Re: Got a deal for someone
The bed goes. It has a munch in front of the rr tire. To my knowledge it has not been in to major collisions. I got it from the og's grandson. It was used to haul a camper and work around the ranch. The mucnh was from getting high centered by the og's grandson. The tailgate has a couple of dents but you can have it too. I will be keeping the chains for the short bed.

Re: Got a deal for someone
Well...I could use the bed. Have any pics of the right side munch? ...how bad of shape is it?
I'm pretty close to ChiefRocka, maybe we can work something out. I'm looking at this gnarly surf as it is |

Re: Got a deal for someone
Hey Poorboy,
I noticed that you posted that the truck comes with a spare windshield, if neither 62c20 or Chief want it I have a buddy in my car club with a 62 K10 in need of one. If this is possible let me know. Thanks, Pete

Re: Got a deal for someone
Wild one - you can have the windshield - I don't need it.
I will be there around 1.30 or 2 depending on traffic to load onto my trailer. From there I can take it local or take it back to ship. let me kno - Kurt 626.98.4897 Last edited by 83burban; 06-10-2008 at 01:30 AM. |

Thanks for the quick responses. I was hoping to snag the extra windshield if it is still available. I live in Livermore and work in San Jose all the time so I could arrange to pick it up from Chief if possible. Let me Know what works for you guys so I'm not making more work for either of you. Thanks again, Pete

Re: Got a deal for someone
I have both bed sides that are in good shape. I think they are off a 66 because they have the reverse light holes. $150/obo for both sides.

Re: Got a deal for someone
Thanks, that would be great!
Cheif, if you do not have a need for the extra windshield let me know when you acquire the truck. We can set up a time/place so I can pick it up. Thanks again, Pete

Re: Got a deal for someone
Well I made it home safely with no problems after making that 320 mile round trip.
ValveTube showed up about an hour later at my place and picked up the bedsides....So I had a chance to meet two board members yesterday, which was cool !!! Thanks again for all the help PoorBoy.....loading that thing on my narrow trailer was a Bi#ch (for lack of a better word).. Hope to see you guys soon someday... Later .

Re: Got a deal for someone
That was probably me....You don't see too many cab-less trucks being towed sideways, backwards on a trailer behind a super-duty !!
