Re: z'd frame?
thanks..i havent touched the project in a while.. been too busy, on other projects. i "Z"d it 3" (should have gone 4") 3"djm spindles, lowered the lower ball joints 1", narrowed the upper and lower a-arms 1.5" to drive really low on a 28"tall tire..
im loving the blazer!! sic man.. 67-72 is my dream year truck!! just happened to fall into a 66 for cheap.. http://s100.photobucket.com/albums/m...%20suspesnion/ http://s100.photobucket.com/albums/m...%20suspension/ http://s100.photobucket.com/albums/m...ermark/66/cab/

Re: z'd frame?
my truck has a 4" z and 3" spindles and it lays pinch hard after i trimmed the bottom of the frame on 20"s i think it would still lay on 22s

Re: z'd frame?
GMBowtie is correct. I did the pancake, shortened my stock a-arms 2 inch drop spindles, but I also did a 2 inch Z and SFBD. The frame is all custom but I used the stock front crossmember. That was all to lay on 26's. If you want to go with a smaller wheel, then you will not have to go that drastic. DO IT! Get an extra crossmember or at least know were to get one NOW if you mess up. Measure 10 times, cut once.
