I've put those on a few of my cars. Always draws a crowd. I plan on putting it on putting it on my truck when I put the 283 in it and get dual exhaust......or quad exhaust...
They work even better when you hit the button while cruising down the highway! Trans braking keeps the engine spinning so you can do it longer than a few seconds. From what I was told by oldtimers, use a glasspack type of muffler. Typical Flowmaster shape muffler can possibly burst if it backfires. I've never seen it happen and have had mine backfire a number of times and its really loud. But, I've always ran glasspacks.
