I thought it was your girls truck at first cuz you have so many projects going on. LS swaps are taking over.

Re: started a 5.3l/4l60e swap this weekend
here are few pictures of the fuel system going into play. I ran an intank walbro to the corvette regulator (with an FMU on the return line) to an external walbro to the adjustable fuel pump regulator to the rail. if anyone has any input on the fuel setup let me know thanks in advance!

Re: started a 5.3l/4l60e swap this weekend
Personally I would ditch the extra regulator/FMU, upgrade to larger injectors, and tune accordingly.

Re: started a 5.3l/4l60e swap this weekend
One of the more common mods with a supercharger on a stock GenIII/LS is to upgrade to 8.1L injectors and tune the PCM accordingly. Although I ran stock injectors with the stock pump and the Whipple piggyback electronics on my blown 5.3 for tens of thousands of hard miles without any issues.
Dang I wish I would have kept that Whipple.

Re: started a 5.3l/4l60e swap this weekend
I have 52 lb injectors already. I was just using the regulator so that I could have an extra filter since I already paid for it.

Re: started a 5.3l/4l60e swap this weekend
i got a little done today. I finished welding up the firewall and undercoated and painted it. I put the harness on, I made a box for the computer, installed the throttle cable, did a little body work to the door and finished routing all of the grounds. here are a few pictures!

Sweet, congrats! If you haven't already, don't forget to drill some drain holes in the bottom of the PCM box.
Where is the supercharger?

I haven't had any tuning for the supercharger so I'm not going to run it until it's time to tune

WThe charger came off of a lq9 and because of the higher compression the hoses kept blowing off.
