Re: Decatur, Texas swap meet this weekend !
I picked up a new '72 grille and a few other parts out there. I also ran into an old middle school acquaintance with the "Shaneschevy" group. Small world.

Re: Decatur, Texas swap meet this weekend !
I didn't get to make it. My buddy was out there on Sat and sold a Dodge truck for 500. He when back on Sunday and brought his 55 long bed to sell.
So, there is another one soon? When is it and is it at the same place? I realy want to make it out there. Oh I forgot... My buddy picked up a 73-87 center cap for me for $1. COOL! |

Re: Decatur, Texas swap meet this weekend !
I was there Sunday with a fellow board member (mycool72). I picked up a bare steel tilt column ($250!) and a universal wiring harness from Hot Wires for $189! My buddy picked up some machined aluminum valve covers, the same wiring harness from Hot Wires and some odd and end stuff. We also met Shane and I talked to Tx Firefighter about powder coating some wheels for me. It was my first time to go and I look forward to doing it again, except next time I'll be sure to go on a Saturday!
69chevyshort - Nice truck! I live in Forney also. |
