Re: 20x10s on the front
just thought of something.....lemmo know what you guys think......in the pic it shows where you guys marked the a arm to remove the inch.....could you not also mark it down the center and then notch and move the piece forward an inch also?.....would this not center the wheels in the front wheel wells?.......you could also do the uppers the same way i assume.....lemme know what you think....i might try this so i can center the wheels instead of a drop member.....since my suburban has a 3.5 inch z in the front i really dont need the drop member for the drop.....i feel that it would be a waste of 1200 bucks just to move the axle centerline forward to match with the wheel wells...if i can accomplish the same thing by cuttin and chopping the a arms ....sorry Justpball didnt mean to jack your thread....thanks

Re: 20x10s on the front
^no prob all is good bro, i think that would work... got a little update...got the wheels in so put them on but havent had time to put the a-arms on yet but very happy with the look of the 20x10s all the way around, I also put spacers on the rear to push them out some, i love the way it looks now. the rear tires are right at the edge of the fenders. I rolled the front lip and trimmed out the inner support so it could go all the way down, when I had the 18s, it would stop a 1/2 in from the support but with the 20s it would sit on them. Also here are some inside the motor comp pics for those of you who wanted them. I can roll down the road and turn most of the way when it is aired out but if it is a sharp turn i have to bump it up some. The first 2 pics is with the 18s and the next 2 are with 20s.

Re: 20x10s on the front
oh this is with uncut cups from SD and the new a-arms should give me around 3-4 in of drop so it should have killer rake when i put the a-arms on!

Re: 20x10s on the front
This thing just keeps getting better. I think on a Blazer or truck that would be too much wheel for the front. On your Burb it looks just right. I'm not a big fan of staggered wheels on our trucks, but it looks like 22's would work on the rear....just saying...
Money shot...

Re: 20x10s on the front
I was wondering if you had gotten the new arms put on yet? And I was also wondering if you had gotten the alignment done on the burb, and if it all worked out with the new arms?
I have started taking all the parts off my spare crossmember and decided to measure the distance between the upper cross shaft and the crosssmember. The closest distance was 1 1/8" and the other 3 were at least 1 1/2", so I wouldn't think there would be any issues with the alignment.
