Not trying to hyjak the thread, but I have not seen any stepsides with a fiberglass or vinyl cover setup on the bed. Does no one make them for these trucks?

This on is read elm. I got 5/4 boards from a guy who runs a saw mill, then took them in to get the drum sanded to the correct thickness. I set up the table saw and cut them straight and to the correct widths, then ran them over a dado blade for the edge cuts. I choose red-elm because it's a very pretty but also a very tough wood. |

Patina? Sorry I know it's not 60-66 (2nd pic) but it should not be too hard to imagine it in one. Basic pine and steel strips. It was covered in dust and poorly lit when I took the pic.
