I'm 6'3" and 250lbs and never had a problem. Lots of room in these cabs.

Re: How tall are you??
Jeez, there's a bunch of big guys here! I'm 6 foot 1/2 inch, 190 pounds, and my '67 is quite comfortable with a custom steering wheel and the seat all the way back - the stock wheel is a little crowded. I personally would not shorten the steering column; I did that, and the steering wheel was too low and felt akward to drive, so I pulled it back out. I think I'm gonna shave the foam in my buddy buckets, though, to make it a little more friendly on my back.

Re: How tall are you??
Well there is one thing we all need to do, start a basket ball team. 6'3" to 6'7" depending on the gas station im walking out of, and 225. I fit comfortably but my knees cant take long drives holding the gas pedal any more. Other wise I am comfortable and could fix the long trip problem with cruise.

Re: How tall are you??
Thanks for all of the help, insight and number of responses. It does seem as though I will fit and perhaps this will encourage me to drop some pounds as well so I don't look like a sardine, packed in all nice and neat!

Re: How tall are you??
Well you can't look ill-fitting as the dude I saw the other day. At least 6'0", 200 and change, trying to fit in a "Smart" car.

Re: How tall are you??
6'6" 285 here .. Not any room to spare , but all in all it's OK. I would have no complaints with just a couple more inches on leg room.
It seems to be getting smaller over the years , but I was about 205 lbs when I bought the truck

Re: How tall are you??
6' 4"-300lbs. here. I seriously need to lose some weight. When my truck had the 92 bench seat, I actually had plenty of room and rode comfortably. My upholsterer talked me into going back with an original CST seat. He replaced all the foam with a stiffer foam. The seat is VERY comfortable, but it makes me ride kinda tall in the saddle.
I need to take it back to him and have the seat mounts cut down about an inch. I've just learned to slouch down a little for now though. You could always just resort to the method below.

Re: How tall are you??
I'm not big at 6-1, 200 but my 72 is nowhere near as comfortable as newer vehicles. the big difference is the pedals are so close and high up. This sacrifice is worth it though to have the classic truck. I need to play around with raising the seat.

6'4" and 250 but like a rock lol! the 68 bench and stock wheel is a little tight on leg room but not anything else. my 72 Jimmy is amazing plenty of head room (top off) and it seems the seat is alot further back?? its a real comfy drive and i have drop it on a couple 800 mile trips and it wasnt bad
