You can get the antique plates but you can't get them personalized.........but there are a ton of special interest plates available;

Hey useRc10 I have mine regestered so I don't have to have the stickers or inspection or county decal. The only drawback is I cant drive it more than 250 miles from home or use it as a daily driver..
