I'm not running the line through the throttle body. I thought the line needed to be higher than the steam port but the guys over at LS1tech.com are routing back to the water pump. It seems to be working for them so I made my decision based on their findings and research.

On the radiator in my K5 I used the fitting that the heater hose hooked to when it had the diesel. I used a piece of heater hose with a barb fitting on the end with a smaller barb on the other end to hook the hose to. If that makes sense. I can get a pic if u want be pm me so I get the request.

since I couldn't get 100% confirmation on where to drill and tap the water pump for the fitting for the steam lines. (and NO I dont want to run a separate line all the way to the rad or heater hose) I decided it would look the best on the back side of the pump, so I drilled an 11/32" hole and tapped a 1/8" npt at the base of the water neck......and picked up a 1/8"npt 90* and a 1/8" barbed fitting....

Is that on the back side of where your outlet hose connects?
