Re: Members opinions
I prefer the aluminum look myself, but it really all depends on what the plans for the truck are.

Re: Members opinions
I've just got a lot on my plate right now. There is a lot of stress involved in building a truck......"decisions decisions"

Re: Members opinions
I like it, alot! But if you go with chrome bumpers or chrome anywhere...Then in my opinion, you may as well open the grille up and let it all shine...Whats cool about the look you have now is the high gloss black...If you go with chrome at all with that high gloss black...Let it be "black chrome"...I think it looks "excellently unique" the way it is...

Re: Members opinions
It can look badass, but will depend on rims, bumper, wipers, mirrors, and interior. Black is back but without just a hint of bling it can be overwhelming.

Re: Members opinions
It's all about personal preference. IMO it looks like someone went nuts with the spray gun and couldn't stop. Sorry, but I don't care for it, but again that's my opinion and you asked.

Re: Members opinions
I am considering 18/20 coys or Boss 338. Not sure about backspace till I get the bed back on.

Re: Members opinions
Are you going to drive it, daily? If so, then plan for a good bit of the grille to become chipped and speckled from rock, sand, bugs, and anything else you may run into. I had a later model truck with a painted grille, I liked the look, but did not like the result of a couple years of driving. I finally took the grille back to a chrome setup to get away from the rough look.
