Offered him $20K last night....he is standing tall on $25....I just think $20 is the right number...He did tell me he would flip me for the $5k....Like I said this guy is gambler...lol...I passed on that offer!

Sounds like somebody has watched a little too much gas monkey garage. Smart move passing that up. Me personally, I like doing business with straight shooters. I want to know where they stand in negotiating and them to know where I stand. Not of fan flipping for things like that.
