I know this is an old thread but wanted to add this link for future options. I have not used this place but saved the link because you can get GM on the buckles. It cost $20 extra.

I installed mine using the tips from Trailer Trash's install. Mine had no detent in the jamb, so I located it with a detent in the door edge. I also installed the center lap belt. LMC made it clear to not use same mounting point for two belts, but not sure what else to do. If it's unsafe, I'll probably just remove center belt. Anyway, the only downfall so far is the retractors don't take up all the slack, but for now, as long as this works ok, I'm fine with it.
