I may have missed it; was your tuner local or mailorder? If he'll let you have a copy of the logs or the tune itself, I can take a look in my vcm scanner.
If he claims its locked, there are ways of bypassing that but they cost money and are kinda "stepping on toes" within the industry...tho I'm not really afraid to do that.

It was mail order on both of the ECU from the same company that did the harness on both engines
I think I have a credit with my local guy and he has been into my ECU that was on my 78 now on the 46, I will try and get some of his time to look and see Thanks Br3w
