Here is a picture of the first hose MTS sent marked GMFH-5FR. They sell this as a right hand hose but it is obvious it is a left side filler hose. Looking at the picture below you can see that the tank end of this hose turns up and toward the passengers side door instead of down on to the tank fitting.
If you are looking for a longer hose like 77ChevySport in post #6 you will not be happy with this hose.

Just don’t get mad at me if the hose is short. If I had the money I would buy every right side filler hose available and compare them.
The first picture shows GMFH-5H compared to my factory right side filler hose to show they are both right side hoses. Second picture shows how the new hose is about one inch shorter than the original in the straight section where it connects to the gas tank
