1975 Chevy K10 Scottsdale Rebuild.
Last week i picked up the 75 k10. Seen it on Craigslist for $500 and knew i had to have it. So i offered $250, he said ok, and now its mine! At this point its looking like a daily driver kind of restoration. A light resto if you will.
Its a pretty cool truck really. Has aftermarket AC which is surprisingly still intact! Very little rust but a beat body. The biggie is it needs a trans rebuild. It runs pretty good and goes in reverse fine. But no forward. No big. Its a th350 and they are easy enough to rebuild. Here is the truck the day i got it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Not much rust in the Rockers. ![]() He said he used to keep the truck in his barn with the horses and that the horses use to chew on the hood! I dont know why. Maybe it was tasty? ![]() Under the hood. ![]() ![]() ![]() Inside. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
