Re: GM connect and cruise engine package

That's the pan that your crate LS3 engine should have come with. Depending on how low your truck will be, this is an affordable option. http://www.jegs.com/i/GM-Performance...RoCzHYQAvD_BwE It works well in 67-72 trucks, but you may need a 98-02 F body pan if your truck is really low.

Re: GM connect and cruise engine package

Ok here's a update if anyone wants to know. Motor is in the chassis all went really good. Used the GM hot rod pan. What degree should the engin set at? Should I use the same 3 deg as the original motor was?

Yes it's a trans cooler. Swagelok fittings and s/s tubing and some push lock fittings and rubber line.

Re: GM connect and cruise engine package

Ok going to try this again. I'm using dirty dingo slider motor mount and CPP stands.
What accessory drive are you guys using. I don't won't to change the water pump or Harmonic balancer.

Re: GM connect and cruise engine package

If you're still looking for an accessory drive, I went with Concept One. It looks very pretty and tucks everything nice and down low. This is in my Camaro, but same idea. Cheap? Nope.

Re: GM connect and cruise engine package

They say if I match the drive shaft to the engine it should be good. So far everything is lining up and clearing.

I used Holleys front drive system in my Ls swap, I believe it is based off the GM corvette drive set up. didnt have to change W/P or Crank Pulley
