Youve got a keen eye! No, Ive never been but my wifes family is all from Norway (Bergen) so much so that they send gifts for birthdays/Christmas for my son. They come to visit the mother in law a couple times a year. We have an open invitation to go and its something we have been planing once all the covid bs calms down. Funny thing is they were delighted we named our dog Magnus (*I just liked it as a name for a dog) but I guess its a common name in Norway and they thought it was a great choice. ~jh |

I highly recommend a trip to Norway. Your wife should really enjoy it since she is Norwegian. I'm half Norwegian and have wanted to go to Norway since 1976. It only took 40 years to get there. The biggest attraction for me was to visit the farm that my Great-Great Grandfather came from and the farms that other relatives came from. If you decide to visit and hike to Preikstolen (pulpit rock) you will want to prepare yourselves physically. It is well worth it though.
