Re: Electric 3100

I have an electric Mini Cooper. With that simple fwd car I can pull off the line with any 400hp car. If you translate that to something put in these trucks... you're talking quicker than most heavily built engine trucks you've seen. I understand the serious pros and cons of EVs but wonder if someone who's willing to get 8mpg for 600 hp understands. That truck would be a super sleeper.

Re: Electric 3100

GM claims that the new corvette hybrid for 2024 will be the quickest corvette ever. Probably the only 6.2L V8 hybrid made. Electric is front wheel drive, which makes it all wheel drive

Re: Electric 3100

Not all states want EV's. The states that do don't have enough electricity now, let alone when all cars go electric.

They should be doing more with Hydrogen power too.

Re: Electric 3100

I'm 73 and have always believed carburetion is and was the ONLY way to go, but alas the LS movement came in and rolled over me. NO, I'm not a fan of of any EV rides but we all know it's coming and coming in fast. NO I will not buy or even test drive (maybe) any EV rides but the upcoming generation will be building them and they'll sell. So for what my opinion is worth, it's a great truck, looks nice and wayyyyyyy to expensive to me, my .02 worth
