I don't think UPS will ship the 60 part of a 60/40 bench seat due to the size.

Re: wtb captains chairs w/console
DHL is a great shipping company..they are everywhere and will come to your home and pick up your packages at no additional cost.
www.dhl.com I shipped both of the seats for around $60.00 total. The 60% seat went ina box that was 25" x25" x 34" and the drivers seat went in a box that was 25" x25" x 28". They do not care how big the box is if you are transporting by ground. MOst of the shipping companys charge the high rates for anything that takes up space in an aircraft. UPS and FED-EX wanted to charge me an arm and a leg....I told them to pack sand and went with DHL...set up an account on the internet, they sent a package of pre-paid waybills and package material the next day and that was it. The seats went out on Friday and one is already in Jacksonville and the other will be there before the day is out and they will be delivered to partsman on Monday. |

Hahaha That's good! I'm checking out DHL right now. Thanks for the info. Wish I'd know about them earlier. Maybe I could've saved you a few bucks.

Re: wtb captains chairs w/console
I'm going to my local salvage yard on wednesday...I'll check then, glad ya like them....no smokers or spilled anything, they are as clean as you can get for 14 year old seats that have never been cleaned. I'll get back to you on the bracket. Chip
