We don't really have many tolls in the UK, just one stretch of toll road around Birmingham and a few tolls on some major bridges, drivethrus are a bit of a problem not least because they are designed for UK sized cars and I did very nearly get the truck wedged halfway around a McDonalds as the turns were so tight. Now in France its more of an issue as their autoroutes (Freeways) are mostly tolls and I have on occasion had to get out and run round to reach the ticket machine.
