Close. It's actually out of a '58--at least the horn ring anyway. The '59s used the half-horn ring setup that became the Deluxe wheel that some of these trucks came with. I actually kind of like that better, though.

Here's my '66 deluxe wheel that I chopped down to 15", compared to a stock wheel. It's almost ready for primer/surfacer and paint.
