Finished making brackets to mount my 92 seat in the 83. Worked on dash pad pieces and remounted the dash pad.

Do you have the phone number for Massy's ?

Re: What did you do to your truck this week?

I set my a/f ratio, timing, idle speed. I also installed a used seat belt in the passenger side rear that has ben sitting in my closet for a year. Tryed to to install the driver side rear but i could not get the bolt out. I broke a craftsman tourqs bit and twisted a snapon bit and managed to strip the bolt head out. So it is going to take some kind witch craft to get it out.

I put the front bumper on, the rear window in, the cowl in, the rear tail light lenses in, and the out side mirrors on the truck.

me and some buddies used the hood as a table for labeled baggies as we ripped apart a yamaha RD-200B. and it still starts like a champ after sitting for 3 months

Broke a few leaf springs, busted what was left of my passenger side cab mounts... Remind me why it's important to look things over before going out in the woods.

Re: What did you do to your truck this week?

I actually get to be part of one of these threads for the first time in a while.

My task for the weekend was to replace a leaky and plain WORN OUT radiator. Thing had barely any fins left. Found a LOT of rust rot and a multi-piece core support, I will likely need to replace that some time next spring. Should get me thru the winter at least.

Did get the radiator in and secured pretty solid, surprising enough. Found today that I have to slap a new radiator cap on, my old one is leaking now. This new radiator has plastic ends, where the previous was still metal. Was proud of myself that I remembered to add a short length of hose to the radiator drain, which will definitely help control the flow of coolant next time I have to drain it out.

Also got my fiberglass camper shell back on the truck after my DIY paintjob. Truck and topper all the same color now, been years since I've been rolling in THAT much style, LOL! Bed rug back in place, but still need to re-connect the wiring for the topper interior light.

Got my truck back home from being painted. Then I bolted the spare tire in the bed. Will post picks in a day or two.

Re: What did you do to your truck this week?

Truck started chugging and generally running really rough, so last night after work I checked the plugs, found one that was really gross and replaced it, problem solved. Was on a roll, so I went ahead and adjusted my timing because it was a little off, fiddled with the carb a little, fixed an exhaust rattle, and had a beer...all in all, a productive night =)

Sounds like an issue I'm having. How do I adjust the timing? And what "fiddling" did you do on the carb? Thanks
