I agree that the square body trucks are addicting. I stop myself all the time from getting on craigslist and buying another one. Haha.

I got my first square body at the age of 15. 16 years later and I'm still in love with the style.

A funny thing about my 1987 GMC 3/4 ton was it was basically a dog house , the owner had her dog living in the cab and it had a big hole in the drivers seat where the dog would sleep and it was wretched smelling to the point of nauseating , I had to replace the seat and just sprayed out the interior with Febreze and and left the windows open for months t still wreaked for years after words .

I still have both of mine, a 73 Suburban and a 76 K20. I am debating the sale of the 76 because of smog here. I am trying to get down to owning just 2 vehicles to smog every 2 years and the rest of the fleet being smog free. Seriously considering swapping the 4x4 stuff into my 71 C10 and selling the 76.

lets see here. my dad bought the ramp truck back in the early 90's then sold it after he closed the junk yard. i remember many days of running that truck. tthen i got the c20 at 17 then a r10 burb sold that to my ex girl. then bought the ramp back then a k20 that was going to be for parts but sold that to a guy then my k30. so i have 3 as of now 5 over all. but thinking when the trucks are all done with paint and motors swaps (diesel nut here) i am thinking of doing some sort of long bed street truck or a short bed k30 for something diff

'76,'74 and an '87. '76 Silverado shortbed fleetside 2wd. I've had this truck forever. '74 Chevy Chyenne Super, long bed fleetside. Really nice truck should of kept it, . '87 Sliverado 4x4 longbed fully loaded and power everything. I actually didn't like that truck much other than the TBI.

73 Chevy K20 - Parts truck and hauled away for scrap (extreme rust other than axles)
76 K5 Blazer - Body rusted away and sold for parts.
83 GMC K20 - My very first vehicle. Still own (after 23 years), needs a full resto, and will never part with it.
83 GMC K20 - Traded.
87 GMC V35 - Dump truck and current project for the last 5 yrs. I'd sell it is between this and the 83 or if I run out of organs to sell.

Before I jump into the 83 restoration and after I finish the 87, I think a DD blazer build is something I'd still like to do.

I've had 30 different cars/trucks over the years (not counting my wife's cars), so I forget which ones I've had sometimes. Aging does not seem to help this problem...
