Re: How about some pictures of '73-'87 short beds
I agree, that one sits about perfect. I like how the space between the rim and fender is the same front to back.

The rear has the HD spring option (8-leaf spring pack) w/a Western Chassis flip kit (for 6" drop) plus Bell Tech drop shackles. I've added Western Chassis c-sections w/home-made air-over-leaf brackets & a couple of small dbl convoluted bags for leveling the truck when I want to still use it as a truck. In the pics, front wheel/tire combo is 20x8.5 w/5.25"BS & 255-40/20's. The rear is 20x10 w/5.50"BS & 295-40/20's. It looks sweet but the drop combined w/the tall front tires did not work well. I can't get my knuckles in between the top of the tires & the wheel well & it was very apparent on the short drive I took it on this weekend. I swapped my ralleys back on for now.

Did you lay the glass over the original pad, or did you have to do something to seal it first?

Re: How about some pictures of '73-'87 short beds
lol it has wiper blades and taillights now. That picture was taken right when we brought it home from picking up the bed from the paint booth. The lighting doesn't do the paint justice either I need to get a picture of it in the sunlight.
