I've been told before that stuff was "lost in shipping" when I know damn well the person just forgot to send whatever it was. With the tracking systems currently in place, the odds of something truly getting lost in shipping have to be phenomenally low. YMMV. Brent

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**
It's really a shame this has become such a mess. Boss or AEW sure seems to be screwing around with people. I don't think I would buy another set without having them in my hand. And they are great wheels for a good price. I wonder if other people out in the world are having the same problems?? Not to mention that fact that they were supposed to fit 69-72 large brake rotors and still don't.

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**
I got mine last year, and waited 6 months for my rears. They are selling theses faster than they can make them, its just a matter of supply and demand IMOP. As for the non fitting issues, i cant comment, i bought mine knowing that i would need a spacer for the front. They are American made wheels at a great price, and look awesome, so for those who are waiting, if you hang in there, i'm sure you will be very pleased with what you get.

I agree. I keep looking out the window at mine! They have a hit if they could get the production working.

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**
Oh, I think I got the guys name wrong at Eagle. I think it's Marcus. Marcus/ Vargas....sounds the same on the phone!! He called me back and is having the front two shipped from Houston right now. Said they will be here either tomorrow or Thursday. About the same time my 20x10's are supposed to be here, if they are even going to be 20x10's when they get here!

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**
Well in my prior post I gave up on the 338 wheels. About 5 months ago I put a few sets on backorder for our store. I just got foose legends now. Today aew called to ship them out to us and I cancelled our order. They were 20x8.5 and 20x10 chrome. So hopefully some of you guys will get your orders filled. Good luck

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**
Sublvr72,
I hate doing this, but please reply to my PM...I have contacted Eagle/Boss and they still don't have the order that I placed with you on the 21st for the Boss 313's and my credit card has been billed. We had good communication until my card got charged and I haven't heard boo from anyone since - not a good feeling. Not mad, just wanting answers...Thanks!

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**
Guys, sorry for my lack of presence and replies. I've been on the road traveling for a company I do side work for so my internet is very limited and only where I can find some wifi hot spots. I just cleared out my PM's and replied to those who emailed me.
I'm up in San Francisco at the moment, so there's not a whole lot I can do with checking up on eagle orders until I get back to LA on Wednesday. But I have a meeting with A/E wheel tomorrow so I'll try to get on them and get everything sorted out. I need to reiterate, as many of you are getting upset with me. I am just the middle man in this as eagle will NOT sell to the public. I'm giving you guys these wheels at a FRACTION over my cost. I'm not in this to make money, I'm doing this to help out you guys on the board get a good deal on some rims. So for those that are still unclear, I am not personally shipping these rims, they are being dropped shipped from the eagle warehouse that's closest to you and that has them in stock. I have paid eagle for the wheels that you guys ordered already, and it's their responsibility to get them shipped out (and to ship out the correct rims) I understand some of your frustration with the time it's taking, but as someone has previously stated they are selling more of these rims than they can produce so that's why there are some instances that orders get back ordered. Blowing up my email, PM box, and calling me is NOT going to get them shipped faster. Now with that said, my phone call with eagle they told me that all orders except the chrome have shipped as of last friday. I can't confirm this as I'm not home yet but as soon as I have confirmation I will update you guys again. |

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**
I received my Grey 20's today
They shipped out of Florida Friday. I talked to Marcus at AEW yesterday and he gave me the tracking # and told me that they would be delivered today. The production date on the fronts is 6/8/10, the rears 4/30/10. Thanks to everyone involved in this great deal on these rims,

Last update I had for the chrome fronts are that they were in casting, as far as I know they are almost done but they weren't quite done yet.
