Re: Ford Windstar E-Fan Wiring Question
The Windstar fans are each dual speed- you'll need to power both fans on low from one relay, then both on high off the second relay-however, keep in mind you can't power low speed while high speed is activated-it'll burn out the fan windings. Most "generic" aftermarket fan relay kits are not intended to be ran on anything other than a simple single speed fan. And those Jegs relays better be STOUT if you plan to use anything OEM for an electric fan.

Re: Ford Windstar E-Fan Wiring Question
That relay kit isn't designed for a dual speed/dual fan setup. As for the Cherokee fan I have no comment because I don't use those fans-however being a chrysler OEM fan those too would be a dual speed fan.

Re: Ford Windstar E-Fan Wiring Question
I have used the jeep 2001 ish grand Cherokee fan in factory shroud. Its a 2 wire hook up so I doubt its a 2 speed fan. 1 ground 1 power wire

Reviving this thread as a couple of us are in the midst of this wiring.
dayj1-your pictures from post #49 seem to be broken, can you repost the bottom two?
