I wish it was Wyoming, that picture was taken in Alamo Nevada about 100 miles north of Las Vegas via highway 93. Beautiful drive up through Ely and Wells into Twin falls.

Love the light blue and grey on the 81-87. Best color combo!

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds Part II
Can you send me/post the specs on those wheels? Specifically width and backspacing, and tire size? Thats pretty much the look I'm going for (with 17" wheels) - I have the rear backspacing figured out, I am pretty sure, but the front is where I'm getting hung up. Looks great!

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds Part II
My '77 a few years back. It is torn down for rebuild of front end w/a PST kit. The a stock crossmember is sectioned 1" was purchased from a member here a few year back to be added. Another 2" is planned for the frame whether it is 'Z'd" or notched where the crossmember bolt to. The spindle/coil drop seen in the pix has the lower A-arms 3" from the pavement. Need to put back 1" for peace of mind. The '72 455 Old has been rebuilt: .030 over KB pistons balanced to within grams/Pro Comp heads shaved deck & heads for true 10 to 1 compression/Custom ground Clay Smith Cam/roller rockers/rebuilt 400 turbo 2500 Hughes Stall/rebuilt 9" 3.40 posi. Dual tanks Air/Cruise/Tilt is the intention of being a interstate hauler. It was purchased 30 years ago from the OG farmer in Arkansas.
