Would love to see more of this. I think this will be my next project after I finish my 72 SWB.

Hey Frizzle! If you ever decide to sell it, I would love to buy it just as it is now. I have a 72 that I wanted to do like yours but the guy who is working on it, or should I say not working on it, has had it for over two years now and has only replaced the floor.

Started the Hoe the other day. The 476 fired right up! Minx is off to paint within the next week or so...

Not ready to give up on this one yet!

I hope you get back on this thing while your other ride is in the paint shop! I hope to build one of these in the future.

Just an observation, but I've noticed that this 'tahoe' version, LowRockin's, pics of 2 others on here, plus one I saw for sale online and none of them finished with paint.
Must be some kind of ''OMEN". Or is it the Twilight Zone?

Can't speak for the others but in my case it's simply project ADD out of control.

Re: Joined the Short Wheelbase Club *69 Tahoe Project*

This is one of my favorite build threads on the entire forum. Like a lot of people I assumed that this project had been sold. It is good to see that you still have it. Hopefully we will see some progress on it again in the near future.

Re: Joined the Short Wheelbase Club *69 Tahoe Project*

I have read a ton of builds and this one made me sad when you stopped working on it. I even made my wife check it out. Oh, and the sunbeam s2k is awesome, but I think we all have a special place for the 67-72 body style GMs. Great job man, this thing is exactly what I would want as a daily when my wife has kids.
