Deleting and re-uploading those four right now.
I would still recommend buying the used paper when you can find it for a good price.
The electronic copies take the pressure off so you can wait for the good deals rather than being at the mercy of the manual mafia.
They also let you search the manuals without using something old fashioned like a paper index section. Many of these manuals lack an index anyway.

Sorry but I am not the most computer literate person in the world. I downloaded the manuals for a '77 and when I try to open them I get this message "Adobe Acrobate Reader DC could not "ST_352_77_Chevrolet_Light_Truck_Wiring_CK_10_30_Only.pdf" because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged." I went to the link you have and downloaded the most current version of the reader I think.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

Not sure.
I downloaded and opened all three. Not sure what's happening.
Try deleting the corrupted file you downloaded, clear the browser cache http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/, empty the recycle bin, and download again.
It looks like Mediafire has compressed the Unit Repair manual in a GZIP archive. You can un-compress it with a decent universal archive tool like 7ZIP http://www.7-zip.org.

If you are not tooled $$$$ and experienced in electronics and radio repair this is more of a curiosity than a useful manual.

hatzie, this is wonderful and will help me with now and future problems. thank you so much. my ride is a newly painted 3 stage paint midnite blue with pearl as 2nd stage. job done by me in my garage with an air compressor. 2 harbor freight hvlp guns. not bad for a novice. 73 gmc 3/4 ton 4 spd saginaw 350 bored out to 4.0 engine redone by a mechanic my neighbor. i did learn to reground the valves new valve stems. Added new piston (concave type) new roller rockers an rv cam crank was serviced. heads not touched. engine has to be broken in. has about 3 miles driven around the block. Added all kinds of after market items edlebrk carb intake man and hders from ebay. thanks again frankyt.

I may be getting a Fujitsu Fi7180 A3 scanner for Christmas this year. It'll scan 11.68 inch x 18.3 feet vs my Fi5530C2 A3 scanner that only does 11.68 in x 34 in.
If I can swing this I can scan the 38inch fold out wiring manual pages in one shot. No post processing to stitch the pages and hopefully much clearer scans with the improved CCD & LED lamps. This means I may actually scan the P, G, & MD pages from the early wiring manuals.

I downloaded the 1987 wiring manual to find a diagram of the bulkhead connector. It appears that what was uploaded was a 1988 manual. It said 1988 c/k truck on a title page and the connector I was looking for seemed to be of the later style. Is there a chance that the wrong manual got scanned? Thanks for all the great information though! This stuff is priceless!!!!!

You're looking for the RV series not CK. The CK squares ended in 1986. In 1987 the squares became RV models and GM began building the new 1988-98 T400 CK models.
The linked manual is a full line GM light truck wiring book that includes CK, G, P, ST, RV, & M series light trucks. There are bookmarks on page 1. Mouse over "RV Truck" and click.

Both the X510-8 & X510-9 catalogs show up. I would download em and save them offline as Spicer may take them down permanently with zero notice.

The Haynes manuals are inexpensive and easy to come by so I won't be linking in the main post.
