Re: My 85 chevy c10 build
Oh just trying to gather all my parts. I need to install the intake. Then I have some hooker headers I was going to see if they fit. I also still need to pull the wire harness out and try to get that all squared away. And find someone to delete the vats off of it. I'm waiting on my air compressors to show up so I can check the bag system out. And my motor mounts shipped separate so I'm waiting on those too..still so much work lol...I am so ready to drive this thing!

He can programm your ecm and has all the wiring info you need on his site. I used all the info from his site on my build. Take the time and read through the info on his site. I read and reread it several times to get it all straight.

Re: My 85 chevy c10 build
Got a little bit done today. I got the harness and PCM out of the donor. I also changed the spark plugs and installed the new E3 plugs. Got the new MSD plug wires on...looks pretty killer. Then I took off the old intake and put the new one on, did some clean up...it was filthy from sitting upside down oil and gunk everywhere.. I also kinda put together the front end of my truck because I was bored and I snapped some shots of it...

Re: My 85 chevy c10 build
Yeah I pm'd that guy but he never responded back. I was talking to a guy the other day who referred me to this guy at a shop...said the guy was real good at these swaps so I called him this morning . It is 200 if I want the vats and smog removed and the extra transmission shifting where it shifts at full power...somethin to do with some safety feature he can turn off and then they will preset the timing and injection rate..he said it would gain about 40 HP
