There's a white one floating around the Portland area if you're willing to drive north... Looked in decent shape, but I don't have the cash for it.

Check the craigslists out of Sacto and central Valley. Lots of older stuff out there.

The school where I take TIG classes used to have a OG gold crewcab SRW, guessing it was a pre-79. I kept asking the school staff about buying it but they all kept giving me the runaround.

Where did you find them?
How much did they cost?
I'd love to find a military, fire service, or fish and game 4x4 crew.

Wow, that's awesome...does it get parked in the winter, or did it come from somewhere else?

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

Big weekend for nice looking square crew/duallies... Saw five sharp lowered trucks. Two red ones up on the 405 (one with a white front clip) both looked like mid 80s with 4" drops (ish).

Saw a nice, white, round light truck on Beach Blvd (Friday maybe)? And then a couple local trucks with smoothie caps, that I see a lot.

Man, I love these trucks!

Thanks.

It originally a beat to death, banged up, rusted, utility body from the local power company. But back then, no one had CC's except power, and rail companies.
...But it was a one ton!

Very Nicely done! I like the Red and the stance of this truck. The only thing I would have done differently is , I would have put a GMC grill in it to match the rest of the truck. My opinion is they are much meaner lookin' grill.
