I didnt know earl owen made pushbars I know they make some badazz ladder racks.
I just got to reading the jc whitney article Theres are made from 2 3/8 pipe and 1/4 plate. Ive got some leftover 10" 1/4 flatbar and can get short lengths of new 2 3/8s now only if i can borrow one of these pushbars to trace Onto the flat and then plasma cut it out Im all about making my own stuff and saving money.. Im fixing to get my 3/4 ton painted and have some chrome work done so if i make my own pushbar it will be welded as opposed to bolted and i can get it chromed at the same time as my other junk. Unless i just run into a good deal on a used one or earl owens has them reasonable I will build one. Thanks for the info Wouldnt happen to know how to get the phone number to owens would you? |
