Randy, tell me more.
Budweis, The rims are 16.5x9.75 they don't stick out as far as the 15x10 on my GMC. I think the rims have close to 5" of back spacing.

Looking good Jim! I didn't even know they still made Ground Hawgs... I used to run them back in the 80's on my 78 Chevy. Are they radials now or still biased? I was running 40" ones back then. Only problem I ever had with them was balancing and maybe noise.

Dean, They are Bias. For the price I felt I couldn't pass up. They list at 190-200 through mail order. All total w/ shipping, mounting and balancing I've spent $150 a tire. The shop that balanced them said they were suprised at how well they balanced.

ive seen that happen more than once with aggressive tires if running less than 30lbs pressure on highway and sustaining 70 mph speeds. she doesnt say what pressure she was running but pressure is critical for highway.

YJ thanks. They seem pretty good, no where near as loud on the interstate as the 33" TSLs I had. They are also only "C" load rating, the side walls are not as stiff as the TSLs.
Randy, I'll keep an eye on them. I defiently won't do as much driving she does.

I doubt that you'll have any trouble with them. I believe they told her that they had changed the compound in them some (trial). I just remember that she was out there near you and running Ground Hawgs. Those things ususally wear for ever.......
