Check out my cardomain site.

I painted mine to match my wheels, gunmetal color.

Yeah I used 800 I think to get the old ****ty paint off, and followed with 1200 just a little to knock down the 800's leftovers. Quick prep there and an alcohol clean, and I put on a couple thin coats and one wet coat of color matching black paint from Pep boys. let air dry for a few hours then cured them in my home oven (warm setting) for 8 hours and installed. What color is your truck? I think it looks best on black but you may change my mind.

I did mine a long time ago when it was the OEM color and it looked ok. I like the way that the black one looks.

I did mine a few weeks ago, and I think they look awesome. Went body colour.

I didn't take nearly as much care as 383drvr. I roughed them up with 350, primed and spray bombed.
