Throttle Cable question
Ok, as some of you may know, I am swaping to TPI, which requires that I put a longer throttle cable on so it'll reach the throttle body. Anyways, I bought a stock Camaro cable, but it's connection to the firewall is quite a bit different than the stock one. Is there some way that a guy can remove those two little "nuts" at the end of the cable to slide the cable out, cut off the camaro's firewall connector, then drill out the stock one and cement it to the new cable?

would it be easier to split the throttle cable grommet with a dremel or something similar? If not, I hear the lokar cable is the way to go.
