Power Steering Problems

Any tips on how to remove power steering hose from the steering gear
??? I've tried open end wrenches, flare wrenches, Just can't seem to get the d*** thing off. Any body who has gone through this please help.. I gotta turkey to shoot..

I just used an open end wrench. I'm pretty sure my '86 was metric, so yours probably is as well.
